STTRII terdaftar pada Departemen Agama RI: LRII No. 137 Tahun 1989 dan menjadi anggota asosiasi pendidikan theologi :

1. The Association for Theological Education in South East Asia (ATESEA) yang adalah anggota dari The World Conference of Associations of Theological Institutions (WOCATI);
2. Perhimpunan Sekolah-Sekolah Teologi di Indonesia (PERSETIA)
3. Persekutuan Antar Sekolah Teologia Injili (PASTI)

Akreditasi :

STTRII terakreditasi di ATESEA (The Association for Theological Education in South East Asia) untuk program S.Th. dan M.Div.
